"[T]he following information must be disclosed: [1] In-network provider negotiated rates for covered items and services (the 'In-network Rate File'); [2] Historical payments to and billed charges from out-of-network providers (the 'Allowed Amount File');

"Based on provisional results from the June 7, 2022, election, it appears San Francisco, California voters have approved Proposition G, which will create a permanent public health emergency leave (PHEL) ordinance that will become operative on October 1, 2022. PHEL will

"The revised standard mileage rates are: [1] Business 62.5 cents per mile; [2] Medical and moving 22 cents per mile.... The revised standard mileage rates set forth in this announcement apply to deductible transportation expenses paid or incurred for business, medical,
