Make it even lower-cost than before And keep it flexible. Not only [does the company] want people to have the opportunity to save and invest for retirement; [it wants] them to be confident that they'll have adequate income in retirement. That was a very meaningful shift in framing from the savings-and-investments framework, which is very inefficient."
