  2. It isn't the annoying that is the problem in my mind it is the fact you can't charge for this annoying extra work. I say it all the time at work. A client can be as demanding as they want if they are willing to pay for the service. It is the clients that want top notch service combined with rock bottom pricing.

  4. Yep. It annoys me to no end. And try having this conversation with one of their screen readers in "customer service" and see if you have any hair left on your head when the call is over...
