Too many issues here. The penalty for 101j notice itself, which I assume was not provided, is going to cost quite a bundle. Hopefully no distributions were made which is another issue as no AFTAP i.e. less than 60%. If no SB's done, may have serious funding issues as well. And the list goes on.1 point

There's an extension to that I've used in dealing with clients: "Pigs get fat, hogs get slaughtered, and attorney's eat bacon." Translation: If you want to do something, pay me now (to fully vet the proposal), or pay me much, much more later (when it blows up).1 point
