  1. About the safe harbor component of these plans, during the ERISApedia SECURE 2.0 webinar they made a point of saying that the safe harbor contribution had to be nonelective. I haven't seen that specified anywhere else, and the recent John Hancock webinar on SECURE 2.0 specifically stated that the safe harbor contribution could be nonelective or a match. Is there a restriction to nonelective or not?
