Taking More Than One Exam at the Time

good luck, whatever you decide. the only thing that got me by the c-3 or c-4 test was the ASPPA cram session plus the work experience. as I rapidly approach being 'catch-up' eligible, the study habits have disappeared - well I suppose the workload doesn't help either. (and a movie quiz to post once and awhile!) as for the songs, I have no idea why the goofy ideas pop into what little brain matter is left. well,we will see how things go at next weeks talk. -

#13 is correct. good job. #18 is not correct. I still have 2, 9, 18, 20 to go -
sorry, I didn't have time to set up a 'type in your guess' and see if it is correct. here are 36 movies to 'ruin' your weekend, trying to figure out. these are the last scenes - so no missing bodies or anything like that. as usual, I never even heard of many of them, and I think there is a cartoon or 2 or 3 and so old black and whites. good luck

6-30 quiz. Movie and TV 'duplicates'
Tom Poje replied to Tom Poje's topic in Humor, Inspiration, Miscellaneous
ok, I'll accept typos! #10 and #16 are reversed Rcline #14 is really #13. I give him a negative score for his guess on #2. how can I give him partial credit on that one! that leaves 11, 15 and 24. -
this file is a excel file containing 8 movies to identify based on the 'invisible' people. earlier today I tried this attachment and it failed. if I have managed to do things correctly, you type in the name of the movie in the yellow box and find out if you are correct or not. I think I have locked things up enough that you cant cheat.

this is a test to see if Dave has fixed the problem of attaching .rpt files for me. this is the genereal nondiscrimination overall report (landscape) can not be used from custom, so this would have to over-write the relius version. this modification will tell you how many NHCEs are needed if a rate group fails. It also indicates the NHCE concentration %, and the midpoint needed

ok, Identify the Movie/TV show and the character. you TV land and Nick at Nighters should be able to do this one. well, I was going to do another invisible movie character puzzle, and I have it pasted into an excel sheet so you can type in the movie name and see if you are correct. however, for whatever reason you can't attach excel files at the moment. but the Bakerman is working on it! besides, looks like there are still a few answers left to go on the other quizez. 1. Big screen: Raul Julia Small screen: John Astin 2. Big screen: Dan Aykroyd Small screen: Jack Webb 3. Big screen: Ben Stiller Small screen: Paul Michael Glaser 4. Big screen: Goldie Hawn Small screen: Lorna Patterson 5. Big screen: Christopher Lloyd Small screen: Ray Walston 6. Big screen: Jim Varney Small screen: Buddy Ebsen 7. man, if I was an NHCE there I would find a way to defer. That is too good a deal.
-
so in other words, if you defer 5%, you get the enhanced match of at least 4%, a fixed match (lets guess 3%) and the possibility of a discretionary match. gee whiz at least 7% plus in match for 5% deferral. why oh why would you even need it to be safe harbor to avoid testing? I can't imagine a plan like that coming close to failing the ADP/ACP test. I suppose you could have HCE owners with small comp, but then how would they afford a rich formula like that?

missing people from the movies
Tom Poje replied to Tom Poje's topic in Humor, Inspiration, Miscellaneous
it looks like there are 4 left on each page to be guessed...er identified. halfway there, folks. Pale Rider is a correct identification. -
so, based on your situation, it is ok because the deferral are based on services already performed. gee, bet the DOL loves that. deferrals deposited before the paycheck. careful, next thing they will expect everyone to do that. (again, in your case its the timing of the paycheck, not the services) by the way, the preamble also says that "for an occasional pay period... deferrals made before services are performed...that are made for bona fide adminstrative considerations and are not made early with a principal purpose of accelerating deductions...(would not fail regulatory requirements)

ok, no missing bodies or anything. Plus this is the Simpsons and I am going to assume you have watched them too many times to count. I haven't, and I am not a big movie fan, but I was still able to identify from the pictures most of the movies they were imitating/making fun of/spoofing/whatever. but heck, its Friday, sit back and have some fun. 21 movies to identify
-
in addition, check for top heavy. it is possible to get safe harbor from date of entry (depending on document) and the remainder as top heavy. difference of course is in the vesting

missing people from the movies

all answers correct so far. that probably includes contributing to delinquency, but if its giving you a few moments of 'relaxation' from the pension insanity, then it is probably worth it. -
the Word file has 24 movies to identify. a sample is included above. no, that is not me sitting at work by the file cabinet. I'm outstanding. In fact, I'm out standing by the water cooler killing time. seriously, as luck would have it, I have found a web site with some more movie pictures in which the people have been 'zapped'. just the clothes show. of course I guess you could find that web site too, but what fun is that looking up the answers. you people are suppossed to be the movie expert so go ahead and identify them without all that help. download the file and I wouldn't read anyone elses responses as I suspect those will be the answers or at least gusses. out to ruin WDIK's week. Ha, all in good fun.

so I think that leaves 2, 3, 5 , 13, 14,20 yes, Mr ERSIA, Maude was correct. one of the shows starred Marlo Thomas. jevd - of the 4 you posted, I knew b and c
