Guest Marjorie Rogers Posted August 28, 2001 Posted August 28, 2001 What Form if any must be filed with the IRS/DOL when one employer in a multiple employer plan decides to terminate participation. Also is there an issue with GUST amendments, if the participating employer is not the sponsoring employer?
