The concept is that public organizations need to make their board meetings accessible to the public, must post agendas in advance, and must let the public know what was discussed and what was decided. The Act extends to retirement plan administrative committees, which is where I have encountered it. Don't know what the cite is, but presume it is State law. Jon C.
