401(k) Safe Harbor

I am researching the possibility of moving our 401(k) plan to safe harbor and would like to know the percentage of plans that are already safe harbor. We have about 6500 employees. Any info on data resources would be appreciated.

The Profit Sharing 401(k) Council of American survey for 2000 plan experience says 4.7% of 401(k) plans with 5,000+ employees had a safe harbor matching formula. A complete copy of the survey may be ordered on their website, http://www.psca.org.

Others' surveys should have similar data, but there's many other surveys that one might consult.
