Guest wwcpa Posted December 14, 2001 Posted December 14, 2001 Can greater than 2% LLC members participate in a 401k plan under the following scenario: the LLC that employs the partners and other employees outsource all of their HR benefits to a Professional Employer Organization ("PEO") via a co-employer relationship. Thanks!
GBurns Posted December 19, 2001 Posted December 19, 2001 I suggest that you do some research to see if anyone (other than the PEO's internal staff) can really participate in any benefit plan offered by a PEO, in the first place.
