Guest CHRISTA Posted January 7, 2002 Posted January 7, 2002 The document for a particular plan defines compensation as w-2 earnings minus bonuses. A participant terminated and received severance pay. Should the severance pay be included in comp for the purpose of determining the 3% Safe Harbor contribution? Thank You!
