Guest mmasciola Posted February 1, 2000 Posted February 1, 2000 I am conducting a benefits analysis. I need to determine how competitive my company is in the benefits they provide their employees. I am looking for benefits that are provided to employees in the auto industry and also what benefits companies in Colorado are providing to their employees. Any suggestions on how to perform a benefits analysis and where I can attain more research on this topic would be a great help.
Guest [Pat M] Posted February 3, 2000 Posted February 3, 2000 Free Stuff: National Bureau of Labor Statistics: http://www.bls.gov/ebshome.htm Employee Benefits in Medium and Large Private Industry Establishments 1997 http://www.bls.gov/news.release/ebs3.toc.htm 1996 Small Private Establishments http://www.bls.gov/special.requests/ocwc/o...bs/ebnr0004.txt You can always call Mercer, Towers, etc. to see if they'll sell you a copy of a salary survey including benefits for your industry and geographic area. They aren't that expensive. Let me know if you need a contact.
Guest jlcowden Posted February 10, 2000 Posted February 10, 2000 Check out benefits link.com (not sure of address but search benefits link and you will find it) ; you can get on line accesss to an amazing number of surveys there. In general you will find automotive benefits are very rich and offer employees some choice among several medical plans. ------------------ jlcowden
