Guest robynk Posted June 29, 2000 Posted June 29, 2000 Are employers restricted from changing employee contribution rates more than once each year? Thanks for any help you can give me! Robyn
Kirk Maldonado Posted June 30, 2000 Posted June 30, 2000 You can't change the COBRA rates more than once a year, but I'm not aware of any other restriction. Of course, employers making those changes needs to take into account the cafeteria plan rules regarding changing election amounts. Kirk Maldonado
