Does anyone have a Sample Employer Policy on frequency allowing changes to deferrals? Our document states a policy may be created to do so. I just can not find a sample. Many thanks.

we do not have any restrictions on how often employees can change their deferrals. i think you will find it difficult to find what you are looking for because it probably doesn't exist. most plan sponsors have historically shaped their policy around their ability to process payroll effectively. as long as a medium exists to solicit the changes and expectations are set around when elections will take effect, i think you are free to set the policy as you wish, with the more frequent option being the preferred method.
