Termination and distribution

We just terminated a 401k plan and received a favorable determination letter. Is there a time frame during which we have to distribute participant accounts? (e.g. 120 days). Thanks.

Generally all plan assets have to be distributed within one year after the determinaton letter is issued in order for the plan to be considered terminated.
