What we have in mind is a system into which a data entry clerk can input the basics (name, SSN, account balance, vested %, optional forms, etc.) and out will come all the required distribution election forms, tax notices, withholding forms, etc. Does anyone know of such a system???
Demosthenes Posted August 16, 2002 Posted August 16, 2002 Not a package per se. But, it's not all that difficult to develop on the fly. I've done applications using MS Access to develop the forms and Adobe writer to generate and link pdf files for the tax forms etc to the application. The files can be printed and snail mailed for signature or emailed out as attachements. If you're web enabled, Dreamweaver can generate HTML forms that the participant fills in and either prints or transmits directly to your ops area.
