Are there provisions of FMLA which have an impact on QPs? If an employee is out because of FMLA, does that time count for eligiblity and vesting? Thanks, Jay Denny

In addition, if the plan requires an employee to be employed on a particular date to be credited with a year of service for vesting, contributions or participation purposes, an employee on FMLA leave is required to be treated as employed on that date.
