Is it possible for an employee to make SIMPLE and work for a separate employer and make contributions to that plan as well?

The answer is yes. However, the employee will be subjected to the 402(g) limit, which means that between the two plans, he/she will not be able to defer more than $12,000 for 2003 ($11,000 for 2002)
