Guest tws Posted August 4, 2003 Share Posted August 4, 2003 Teacher union proposes severance pay based on salary and years of service. Severance pay contributed to 403b established by teacher. Any discrimination issues? Union also proposes offering retiring teachers choice between annual fixed sum payment to 403b or health insurance benefits until eligible for social security benefits.
