g8r Posted December 11, 2003 Posted December 11, 2003 I think it falls within that exclusion. But, the regulation is very vague and I'm not aware of any guidance on this issue. FYI, you could use wages for withholding (rather than W2 wages) and GT Life over $50,000 would be excluded.
