Gary Lesser Posted January 23, 2004 Posted January 23, 2004 Yes, provided the 401(k) is not a 401(k) SIMPLE 401. The SIMPLE IRA can be rolled over only after the two-year holding period rule is satisfied. Current years SARSEP contributions can not be rolled over until March 15 of the following year or employer provides notice that ADP test satisfied, if sooner. The qualified plan must specifically accept r/o from plan types desired.
