Is anyone aware of service providers who will determine the Maximum Exclusion Allowance (MEA) under a 403(B) program on an "as needed" basis? If so, please send eMail.

Several of the annuity and mutual fund companies claim to do so. However, you have to be very careful in this area. Many of the formulas used either are wrong, or call for the insertion of information (e.g., the employee's projected benefit under a state defined benefit retirement system) which many employees may not be capable of determining.
