Guest cody Posted July 29, 2004 Posted July 29, 2004 Can someone please provide a brief description of what a KSOP is and how it works?
sloble@crowleyfleck.com Posted July 29, 2004 Posted July 29, 2004 Its a combination of a 401(k) plan and an ESOP--it has a 401(k) salary deferral feature but the profit-sharing portion is designed to invest primarily in employer securitites (ESOP). The purpose is to avoid administering two separate plans.
