Archimage Posted October 29, 2004 Posted October 29, 2004 Bob Kaplan mentioned at the ASPA conference that someone was imprisoned for failure to deposit deferrals on a timely basis. Her name was Ida Halworth. He said we should be able to search the DOL website on what happened but I am unable to find anything on this. Does anyone know where I can find this information?
