Guest mmc Posted April 28, 2005 Posted April 28, 2005 A client wants to implement a negative enrollment feature in their existing plan. Does the commonwealth of PA require written authorization from an employee in order to withhold from their earnings? If so, how does this impact a sponsor's ability to implement negative enrollment? Also, if anyone has experience with negative enrollment, what deferral rates are being used? I attended a conference that said 2% is the norm.
Kirk Maldonado Posted April 29, 2005 Posted April 29, 2005 Search the message boards. This topic has been covered many times before. In fact, it is a good idea to always search first. Otherwise, it looks like you are just too lazy to do that, and you want others to do your work for you. Kirk Maldonado
