for what purpose- employer deductions, 415 limits? Plan should contain provision stating when contributions must be made.

This Plan has always been PS only. They want to add a 401(k) provision with a compnay match. They want to know the latest deadline of when the match must be in by. I assume it has to be in by the time the company tax deadline - but didn't want to assume! Thanks for the link WIDK
