david rigby Posted August 26, 2005 Posted August 26, 2005 It is my understanding that those whose 2005 comp is > 95K will be HCEs for 2006. [iRC 414(q)(1), indexed, then rounded down to a 5K multiple.] I'm a retirement actuary. Nothing about my comments is intended or should be construed as investment, tax, legal or accounting advice.
