Kirk Maldonado Posted September 23, 2005 Posted September 23, 2005 Jilliandiz: To amplify the preceding response, the regulations under Title I of ERISA are issued by the DOL. Here's some information for the trivia buffs: Title II of ERISA covered amendments to the Internal Revenue Code Title III dealt with jurisdiction, administration, and enforcement issues among the different federal agencies Title IV established the PBGC. MWeddell Posted September 26, 2005 Posted September 26, 2005 More generally, if you go to the Benefits Link homepage (by clicking on the logo in the upper left of this page) and then look down the left hand column for "Using the Web for EB Research" and click on that topic, you'll find a handy collection of links to various source materials.
E as in ERISA Posted September 26, 2005 Posted September 26, 2005 Just don't use the link for "Regulations" on the left bar -- or you'll end up with only regulations from 2000 and before when you click on "Final regulations".
