Guest new2nqdc Posted October 27, 2005 Posted October 27, 2005 This may be a stupid question - but may a nonstandardized prototype plan only cover union employees of an employer (assuming this is properly reflected in the adoption agreement) and have the non-union employees in a separate individually designed plan?
