The plan has a nonsafe harbor definition of compensation to determine adp/acp %'s. Would the plan need to be amended, in order to be able to use 415 comp for this testing?
Archimage Posted November 10, 2005 Posted November 10, 2005 If your document defines 414(s) compensation this way you can. Otherwise you must use your 414(s) comp definition in your document.
