Guest GoldenBear03 Posted March 16, 2006 Posted March 16, 2006 What is a "Super" Safe Harbor 401(k). How does it differ from a traditional SH 401(k)? Is this referring to new comp?
WDIK Posted March 16, 2006 Posted March 16, 2006 I have heard the term "super comparability safe harbor 401(k)", and would suspect that is the type of plan to which reference is being made. However, there certainly are a lot a marketing terms out there. Is there a link that you can provide? ...but then again, What Do I Know?

Guest Pensions in Paradise Posted March 16, 2006 Posted March 16, 2006 Never heard the term before, but I'll throw my guess into the pot. Super Safe Harbor 401(k) = plan which offers both the 3% nonelective AND matching safe harbor contributions. That's being super safe!!
