Guest cbjohnson Posted September 19, 2006 Posted September 19, 2006 Is the truth in lending disclosure (Reg Z Disclosure) required for a plan loan where the plan has less than 25 loans in a year? I got information from a document provider that the disclosure is not required. Where can I go for a cite for this? Thanks
Guest mjb Posted September 20, 2006 Posted September 20, 2006 Reg Z is a Fed Reserve Board reg. Check the website for fed reserve Bd. I agree that it excludes plans which make fewer than 25 loans per yr.
GBurns Posted September 20, 2006 Posted September 20, 2006 Shouldn't the document provider be the one to give the cite and support for the position taken? If you look for what you think might fit what you think they might have meant, you run the risk of finding the wrong thing even thought it might look right. But you should still look up Reg Z.
