Guest IRISH79 Posted November 30, 2006 Posted November 30, 2006 PPA requires (efective 1/1/2007) a notice to participants of the right to defer receiving distributions and the tax and retirement savings consequences of not deferring distribution. No guidance expected until later in 2007. Is anyone considering altering the 402(f) Special Tax Notice to accomplish this notification or, if not, what other forms?
