Guest cyocum@lbg1.com Posted September 25, 2007 Share Posted September 25, 2007 Is anyone aware of anything in the new 403(b) regs that would prevent an individual from particpating in both a 403(b) plan and a SEP, or an employer from sponsoring both an ERISA 403(b) and a SEP?
