I did not get to take as many seminars as I would like/need this year & need to find some courses to take in the NY area so I can file for my CE credits for my APA. Can anyone direct me to some? Thanks! I thought I could take the 5500 seminar but they are not offering it this year in the NY or Phila. area.

Thanks!

Bumping this- Anyone know of any ways to get APA CE credits other than the 5500 seminar?

1. you can look at the events link on the front page of benefitslink.com

2. you can call NIPA and find out about approved seminars

3. you can search the ASPPA web site. Those seminars generally qualify for APA credit as well

4. you can search the Relius and McKay Hochman web sites

5. you can search the DOL website for seminars

Relius User Group meetings will give you ASPPA credits for attending the meeting. NIPA takes ASPPA credits so you can use those. I do. The Mid Atlantic alternates between Philadelphia PA & Newark NJ (Just held last Thursday) , & New England is in Springfield MA (just held this past April).

Hope this helps.
