Alex Daisy Posted December 12, 2008 Posted December 12, 2008 Can we issue a seperate Black Out Notice to employees who seperated from service? The Active Participants received the Blackout Notice in a Timely Manner.
Guest Sieve Posted December 15, 2008 Posted December 15, 2008 As long as all notice requirements are met, including the timeliness of the notice, then a separate notice can be given to separate groups of particiapants (i.e., there is no exception to the notice's timeline requirement for terminated participants).
