J Simmons Posted February 11, 2009 Posted February 11, 2009 Inquiry minds--and the ABC--want to know. It's a well drafted set of questions. I hope the IRS can draft as clear and concise answers. Guest KennyH Posted April 1, 2009 Posted April 1, 2009 Any ideas if any of this has been addressed? I'm particularly interested in the automatic withholding. Has anyone else delt with a participant who has taken more than "what would otherwise be" the MRD during 2009? How have you automatically withheld 20% or withheld 20% on the excess and 0% on the MRD?
