Control Group Issue

I have a control group of 2 plans. One is a SH NE Plan and the other is tested on Current. They pass 410b, do I have to combine both plans when doing the ADP test for the group that is not SH?

I assume you mean that you have 2 members of a controlled group, each with its own plan.

If each plan passes 410(b) on its own, then ADP is not combined (except the deferrals of HCEs who participAte in each plan is, I think,combined).
