Jim Chad Posted May 21, 2009 Posted May 21, 2009 Corbel gives me the option to put Lettinga & Associates in the footnote of every page of the adoption agreement. I have never done this, but I am wondering. Are there advantages to doing this? What are all of you doing?

If I was a document re-seller and had that option as you do from Corbel, I would as a matter of marketing and branding do it. QDROphile Posted May 21, 2009 Posted May 21, 2009 Would you be willing to respond to questions about what certain document terms mean, other than the correct response that the fiduciary is reponsible for interpreting the document? Putting your name on it means greater ownership. You probably get those questions anyway. Showing your brand is generally regarded as a good.
imchipbrown Posted May 28, 2009 Posted May 28, 2009 FWIW, FT Williams software does this as well, including adding a copyright indicator. It generates this on amendments and supplemental forms as well.
