Does it matter if the plans cover the same group of employee's or not? Or should this be answered "yes", regardless of whether the plans cover the same employee's?

Guest Sieve Posted January 27, 2010 Posted January 27, 2010 I agree. The "you" applies to the plan sponsor making the determination letter request(& members of its controlled group). See the Instructions for attachment contents for 8a.
