Tom Poje Posted March 8, 2010 Posted March 8, 2010 $6.75 corrective distribution and 1.35 in related match forfeiture (not including gains) (and I'm too honest to fudge the comp figures just to make it pass) my all time record low a few years ago was $3.00 for an ADP failure - and that was to be split between 2 people.
GMK Posted March 8, 2010 Posted March 8, 2010 On the bright side, there's material for a verse in "There'll be Pennies from Pensions for you and me." or the more stomping beat of the Elton John-like: Bene and the Tests
jpod Posted March 8, 2010 Posted March 8, 2010 What if employer choses to ignore it (i.e., Tom gives accurate advice, but client ignores it). Would that be covered by any of the "small amount" thresholds under EPCRS?
Tom Poje Posted March 9, 2010 Author Posted March 9, 2010 I'm more concerned about that 10% excise tax if they don't process the stuff by the 15th. lets see 10% of 6.75.....do you round up or down?
