Individually Directed Accounts

Where can I find information on the various issues associated with individually directed accounts? I think the DOL had a recent Q&A posted or published somewhere, but I can't find that.

Pension & Benefits Week - 6/1/99 - that's the most current piece I could find at http://www.riatax.com/weekly/pension.html. You may need to get a copy of the actual magazine article since many times these articles are not left online for a long period of time.
