Guest newport Posted November 29, 2010 Posted November 29, 2010 i just want to clarify "offset plan expenses". Is there a list of what expenses actually qualify? For example, can we use this money to pay ERISA attorney fees or Co-Fiduciary fees? I apologize if this is a redundant request but I have searched this forum and the internet for a list of qualifying expenses to no avail.
rcline46 Posted November 29, 2010 Posted November 29, 2010 Go to the DOL website and search for 'settlor expenses'. There is a FAB directly on point on what a plan can and cannot pay.

The field advisory bulletin that I think that you are referring to discusses per rata vs. per capita, unless I am missing something, can you provide a direct link? Thanks!
