Guest SJPrince Posted February 7, 2000 Posted February 7, 2000 I know terminated employees with less than 500 hours of service may be excluded from the coverage test. I would like to know if there are other similar permitted exclusions which will still have the plan be design-based so that I don't have to go through the more advanced tests for coverage.
