Guest LHaskell Posted December 17, 2010 Posted December 17, 2010 I have a takeover plan (effective date of 1/1/2009) adopted 12/29/2009 with a Special effective date of 1/1/2010 for the salary deferral component. The employees were not offered the opportunity to defer until April. Is this considered a missed deferral opportunity?
