Guest sviola Posted May 18, 2011 Posted May 18, 2011 Can a Simple 401k plan allow for designated Roth contributions?
Gary Lesser Posted July 14, 2011 Posted July 14, 2011 Yes. Designated Roth contributions are allowed in 401(k) plans, 403(b) plans, and governmental 457(b) plans, but not in a SARSEP or SIMPLE IRA plan. [see IRC Section 402A©(1)]
