Does anyone know what steps are involved for a retirement plan to change TPAs?

In my world, the new TPA takes the lead on this process.

We haven't made the change yet, but I would expect we would need to terminate the service agreement with the current TPA and enter into a new one with the new TPA. What other things should we expect?
