Guest Offender Posted October 26, 2011 Posted October 26, 2011 Annual notice need only go to those who are still covered employees, meaning they have not made an affirmative election to change their deferral rate. If the notice is combined with a QDIA notice, the group would have to be expanded to include those who may have changed their deferral rate but not the investment direction (still defaulted to the QDIA).
