Guest richez Posted December 14, 2011 Posted December 14, 2011 Can anyone point me in the right direction reagarding PTIN requirements. It is my understanding that a PTIN can sign a Form 5330. Must they be supervised by an ERPA, CPA, or attorney? What are their CE or testing requirements. Is having a PTIN the best choice among those who can sign the 5330? I'll be honest in that I am looking for the most efficient process regarding signature of Form 5330.
