katieinny Posted February 17, 2012 Posted February 17, 2012 A not-for-profit has been operating a SEP plan for many years. The director left a couple of years ago, but continued to receive W-2 compensation under a salary continuation agreement. Should SEP contributions have continued based on her continued salary?
